You can clearly see E.T.'s "horns" in this photo - the tufts that she can raise or lower at will.

54416pETinFlight * E.T. in Flight - Difficult to shoot in the small dark building, but Doris did allow both E.T. and Cara to make several flights back and forth in the building. It was amazing to see these magnificent creatures in flight. * 720 x 481 * (67KB)

54439pSharonCara * This is Sharon, a BBSP Park Ranger with Cara. You could tell that Cara really liked Sharon. She would fly away from Sharon when commanded, but then she would turn right back around and fly back to Sharon immediately before being told. * 720 x 481 * (66KB)

54452pPattiDorisET * And this is E.T., yours truly and Doris in the background being ever watchful. E.T. has been imprinted so she is comfortable around people, but you don't want to try to handle her without Doris being present. I was in awe to be that close to such a magnificent creature. What an incredible opportunity. * 720 x 508 * (86KB)
