This was a freebie starter - It came to the table with an icy fog lifting off of the water below the inner bowl. The layered appetizer had a bed of sliced cucumber topped with buttery avocado and then several large chunks of white lump blue crab meat. It was topped off with a dollop of Louisiana caviar and drizzled with a slightly sweet dressing. Awesome!
